  • Yes! Most of our Outer Banks guests are vacationers. As long as your rental allows cooking outdoors and has enough space, we’ll bring the entire hibachi setup to you.

  • Yes, if the deck is safely accessible and has enough ventilation. Many OBX homes have elevated decks — we’re used to it! If stairs are narrow or steep, we may set up on ground level for safety.

  • Just tables, chairs, plates, utensils, and a flat area for the chef. We bring the grill, propane, ingredients, and all cooking tools.

  • Our chef arrives 5–10 minutes before the start time. No long setup needed — we keep it simple.

  • Yes, the minimum food total is $550, regardless of guest count.

  • Outer Banks wind can be strong!

    • Light wind is fine — we adjust our setup.

    • Heavy wind or rain may require cooking on a lower deck or covered patio.
      If weather becomes unsafe, we’ll work with you to reschedule or find a safe setup spot.
